This amazing spread of food was our reward after surveying was completed. Fresh, young ‘chickies’ in rice plus salce kosi (a thick yogurt spread), salad and fjashti (village) wine.
This roadside restaurant had wall-to-wall character, complete with a central stove for heating and party room which we happily inhabited.
Sitting back after a hard day’s work … playing photographer isn’t a bad deal!
