We were lucky enough to have a little bit of a cool spell here in Berat last week.  It was actually chilly, amazingly enough.  A very welcomed break from the heat.  Yes, I put on a pull over.  Some fog rolled in, the rains came, and it was ska vap (without heat) for a few days.
